Lilian Ndidi Chileke is a Program Evaluation specialist and expert in Participatory Community Evaluation Approaches, Outcomes Mapping and Impact Assessment. She is a qualified Biochemist, and also obtained a postgraduate degree in Public Health with specialization in Epidemiology. Lilian brings on board enviable skills and expertise in qualitative research, outcome and attribution mapping, program and organizational learning as well as impact assessments. Her expertise also spans program management, socio-policy analysis and systems strengthening. As a volunteer, she continues to contribute immensely to the Foundation’s humanitarian framework
